We take full responsibility for your project and remain the point of contact for you and all trades involved. We manage the team according to your plans and keep you informed with regular updates and on-site meetings. During this stage, our team of professionals project manage the construction works, installation process, performs quality control inspections, responds to Requests for Information (RFIs), whilst reviewing and approving technical submittals.
The primary goal is for the lift installation to be delivered exactly as planned and on time.
Upon completion, we go through the project in detail to agree on all works meeting (or exceeding) the scope defined in your plans. All certification and documentation will be provided in this handover.
Throughout the Defect and Liability period, Hall Group & Co remains responsible for any apparent defects created by our trades or contracted by us, and endeavour to rectify issues if they arise. Defects are rare, but if there are any issues, we fix them as soon as possible. All our work is insured for a duration of three years non-structural and seven years for structural.
