Our expert design team focus on even the smallest details, as we finalise the design and materials required to draft detailed, professional plans for approval.
Next, we take care of any necessary lodgements for Government approval and acquire all required certifications before meticulously planning the remainder of the project. Our work continues in the background as we plan out the materials needed, logistics, trades, approvals, meetings and communication to ensure your project fits your vision within the timeframe.
We take full responsibility for your project and remain the point of contact for you and all trades involved. We manage the team according to your plans and keep you informed with regular updates and on-site meetings.
Upon completion, we go through the project in detail to agree on all works meeting (or exceeding) the scope defined in your plans. All certification and documentation will be provided in this handover.
Throughout the Defect and Liability period, Hall Group & Co remains responsible for any apparent defects created by our trades or contracted by us, and endeavour to rectify issues if they arise. Defects are rare, but if there are any issues, we fix them as soon as possible. All our work is insured for a duration of three years non-structural and seven years for structural.
